1.Definitions and Interpretation

2. Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure accuracy at all times;
3. Create a secure password that complies with the platform's password requirements and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
4. Accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account;
5. Immediately notify bww7 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Restrictions

You agree that:

• You may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the bww7 platform. Creation of multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all balances;
• Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise provided to any other person;
• You will not allow any other person to access or use your Account or play on your behalf;
• You will not register an Account on behalf of any other person or entity;
• bww7 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close Accounts at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4.Account Verification and KYC Requirements

In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and international anti-money laundering standards, bww7 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. You acknowledge and agree that:

You may be required to provide the following documentation to verify your identity and comply with regulatory requirements:

• Additional Documentation: bww7 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including but not limited to notarized affidavits, source of funds verification, or video identification, as reasonably necessary to comply with regulatory obligations.

4.2 Verification Process and Timing

You agree that:

• During the verification process, your Account may be subject to restrictions, including limitations on deposits, wagering, or withdrawals;
• If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, bww7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account and return deposited funds (less any bonuses or winnings derived from bonus funds) to the original payment source.

5.User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

As a User of the bww7 platform, you agree to:

You expressly agree not to:

• Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of any Games or platform software;
• Automated Systems: Use any robots, spiders, scrapers, automated scripts, or other automated means to access the platform or play Games;
• Advantage Play: Engage in advantage play, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors or malfunctions;
• Harmful Activities: Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the platform;
• Offensive Content: Transmit, post, or share offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content through any platform communication channels;
• Circumvention: Use VPNs, proxy servers, or other means to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

6.Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

6.1 Deposits

When making deposits to your bww7 Account:

• You may deposit funds using approved payment methods displayed on the platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks, and other e-wallets as made available;

You acknowledge and agree that:

10.2 Limitation of Liability

11.Suspension and Termination of Accounts

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicious or unusual Account activity that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Technical issues requiring investigation or maintenance;
• Pending resolution of a dispute or complaint.

11.2 Termination by bww7

bww7 may terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:
